Covid-19 led to an immediate closure for many customer facing businesses. Ashley Gamble, a long term client of ours had a problem. They lost the ability to generate revenue overnight. Something no business can prepare for. But they did have an idea and a fast acting business owner.
The Solution
We had an initial consultation to discuss pivoting opportunities for their business. This led us to look at products they sold, secondary to their main revenue generator and quickly found the potential for an additional revenue stream.
Within a day we’d mapped out the eCommerce product portfolio, liaised with suppliers to source product content and set up a profitable pricing strategy for their new store.
Within a week, the new store was fully functional and deployed to their production site, allowing them to continue generating revenue whilst the salon was closed.
The Result
We have established product feeds to sell across multiple platforms, mailed out to their large database and generated sizeable initial revenues to bridge the gap between closure and the relaunch of the salon when the Covid-19 situation changes. This fast pivot has ensured business survival, providing cash flow in a very challenging time for any business.
