The Perfect Portrait came to us with an idea. A single product store. We worked with them to deliver a brand, site and marketing strategy to scale revenues and then successfully exit within 6 months!
What We Did
The Perfect Portrait was a completely new business, they’d seen online competitors launch and do very well in that space and saw a gap in the market. They wanted an easy to administer, automated solution, utilising a dropshipping fulfilment service which required integration.
We delivered the branding, store, shopping feed and Google Ads strategy to help them quickly scale from startup with no visitors and no revenue to in excess of £2k per month within the first 6 weeks trading, all from a very nominal £5/day Google Ads budget, with a CPA of less than £3 per conversion!
This gave them the capacity to profitably invest in further paid channels on both social media and through Google Ads to further scale the growth of the store as it progressed until the owners exited the business on month 6 as originally planned.
